London - Natural History Museum

London is full of rich culture and history. This culture and history is elegantly displayed throughout the many museums and galleries in London. All of the London museums now offer free admission and are perfect for day trips through London.

The Natural History Museum is in the worlds Top 10 history museums. Entry is free to all of London's museums and this one will be the most fun. This summer they even hosted a dinosaur dig where kids could come and dig for dinosaur bones. The museum features an earthquake room, a leafcutter ant colony, komodo dragons, dinosaurs and more. The giant animatronic T-Rex will for sure be a family favorite in the Natural History Museum. Kids at the Science Museum

It may seem difficult traveling with children, but London has a lot to offer that will keep them entertained. Some of the most unsuspecting places will have kids totally engaged in where they are and what they're doing. Many kids enjoy exploring the palaces, the museums and especially the zoo.

Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace will keep the kids enthralled. They will be amazed at the sheer size of the palaces and won't be able to wait to get in. The rooms will be huge and covered in beautiful artwork. Many of the palaces include audio tours that will answer any and all questions that the children will have while exploring. The palace tours can be turned into fun excursions as they go wondering the halls of some of the world's oldest buildings. They will feel like royalty as they walk through the rooms with armor and gold finished furniture. What would be a night in London without hitting the pub-crawl? You can't visit any foreign city and not have a chance to hangout with the locals. "The World's Greatest Pub Crawl" is a great way to visit the locals; in fact you'll meet locals at twenty-eight different pubs all over London . The pub-crawl consists of buying a train ticket and you take it to twenty-eight different pubs in London . There are a variety of different styles and atmospheres in each of the different pubs but it is a great way to meet locals. You will hear a variety of accents as the locals join together in the pub for a great tasting ale, stout, cider or malt whiskey.
